BuildPDF provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to convert files (images, Word documents, text files, HTML) into PDF format, and to extract content from existing PDF files. All processing occurs entirely within your browser — no files are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

You agree to use BuildPDF only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You agree NOT to use the Site to:

Convert, process, or distribute files that you do not have the right to use, copy, or distribute.

Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair its functionality.

3. Intellectual Property

The content you upload and convert using BuildPDF remains your property. BuildPDF claims no ownership over any files you process through the tool.

The BuildPDF website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying source code, is the intellectual property of BuildPDF. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site's content without our express written permission.

4. No Warranty

BuildPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The results of using the Site (e.g., converted PDF files) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Any errors in the Site will be corrected.

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site and any output produced by it.

5. Limitation of Liability
